Frequently asked questions
Counselling and Psychotherapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy offers a safe and non judgmental space to explore what is going on for you. It is your space to talk about issues you may be experiencing or have experienced that are causing you pain, worry or you want to make sense of.
I work with an integrative approach which means you will always be at the centre of our sessions. My role in the session is to support you to explore what it is you may want to.
Supervision
Supervision needs to be a trusted and open space where you can really explore your experiences and issues that come up for you in your practice.
I have offered clinical supervision within a range of sectors, including; counselling and psychotherapy, social care, teaching and police.
My Approach To Therapy
I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Being healthy is far more than just a physical thing, we have to be emotionally and mentally healthy too. Trauma, upset, loss or everyday issues can all contribute to us feeling off balance or not ourselves.
