Changing Behaviour Patterns

We all have patterns of behaviour, these patterns of behaviours or habits become automatic and we sometimes believe they just are what they are. Some of them may be healthy and positive and serve us well in reaching our goals, maintaining healthy relationships and feeling fulfilled. Some, on the other hand may not serve us as well. They may cause us to lack self belief, create anxiety and fear, and ultimately stop is from leading a fulfilling life. 

Does any of that sounds familiar? Yes? The good news is that we all have the ability to change our patterns of behaviour!! Imagine if you could do this? How would you life be different?
