My Approach

I work in a  collaborative way with you to ensure I truly understand what you are hoping to change or gain from seeing me. We will regularly review how you think things are going so you will always get the most from the sessions. 

My ethos is to be able to offer people a space that is safe and non judgemental where they can explore what is going on for them or to just have breathing space to think or relax.

Every person is unique which is why I work in an integrative way. This means that I have training in different theoretical approaches, different schools of thought but ultimately all of them put you at the centre. By developing my practice like this I am able to draw from a diverse toolkit to ensure you get what you feel you need from our sessions. 

The sessions may take the form of a counselling, psychotherapeutic or coaching style of session dependent on what works best for you.
